Carrot_Salad


Ingredients:
Grated Carrot - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Green chill - 2 nos
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Salt to taste
Oil - 1/2 tsp

Method:
* Take a cup of grated carrot and add lemon juice.
* In small kadai heat little oil. Add mustard seeds,once pops up add urad dal. Fry it for a min.Then add Green chilli. fry for a while or until urad dal turns golden brown. Then add curry leaves.
* This mixer into grated carrot and lemon mix. Add salt and mix it well.
* Carrot salad is ready :)
