Ingredients:
Collard Greens - 2 cups
Onion - 1 no
Red Chilli - 3 nos
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Grated Coconut - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
* Wash and chop the Collard greens, keep it aside.
* In a kadai, heat oil. Once it hot add mustard seeds. Add urad dal. Now add chopped onion,red chilli, curry leaves. Fry it until onion transparent.
* Then add chopped collard greens. Add salt and mix it well. Close with lid and let it cook for 5 to 7 min in low flame.(Stir every 2 mins once)
* Once greens cooked add grated coconut.Keep it for a while.
* Serve it got.
Note: I love this taste. It will go with sambar rice, white rice,rasam sadham and so on...:)
