Ingredients:
Potatoes - 5 to 7 nos (Medium)
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Chili powder - 2 tbsp ( According to your spice level)
Garlic - 6 nos (with peel)
Salt - to taste
Method:
* Cut the potato as a medium square. Cook until half boil with salt.
* Drain the water and keep it in stove for 2 min to evaporate the excess water.
* Now add oil,Chilli powder and crushed Garlic. Mix it well.
* Fry it Until potato cooked or golden color. Serve it hot with rasam sadham,sambar sadham,chapathi and so on..:)
