Ingredients:
Boneless chicken - 1 lb
Shallots - 10 nos (Chopped)
G.Chilli - 2 nos
Tomato - 2 nos (Chopped)
Ginger & Garlic - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
To Grind:
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Seasoning:
Oil - 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 2 nos
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cloves - 3 nos
Cardamom - 2 nos
Bay leaves - 2 nos
Method:
* In a kadai fry chicken along with little oil and Ginger & Garlic paste for few mins. Then keep it aside.
* In that same kadai heat oil and fry all the above seasoning things for a while. Then add chopped onions, G.chilli and Curry leaves. Fry it well.
* Then add chopped tomatoes and fry it well.
* Then add semi fried chicken and mix it for 5 min.Let it cook for a while.
* Add Chilli powder and turmeric powder mix it well.
* Add 1 cup of water and Coconut paste. Mix it well. Close with lid and let it cook for 10 min.
* Once water reduced,Oil will come out. Now take it out from stove and add coriander leaves.
* Serve it hot with Chapathi or Rice.
