Garlic_Asparagus


Ingredients:
Asparagus – 1 bunch
Olive Oil – 1 tsp
Garlic – 5-6 large cloves, roughly crushed
Lemon/Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black Pepper Powder – to taste

Method:
* Wash the Asparagus and cut to desired size (cut it as 2 inch pieces)
* In a non-stick pan, heat Olive Oil and add in the crushed Garlic cloves on medium heat.
* Cook until garlic get golden color and then add Lemon/Lime juice.
* Right after that add in the Salt and mix.
* Immediately after that add in the cut Asparagus.Increase the heat to high.
* Toss continuously for 8-10 min, till the Asparagus is cooked.
* Add in Black Pepper Powder to taste and mix.
* Take it off the flame and serve hot!
