Ingredients:carrots - 5 nos
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 7 tbsp
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Cashewnuts - 5 nos
Method:* Take the carrots and wash them properly.Scrap them first before grating.
* Take an open pan and heat Ghee.Once it hot add carrots in it. Now cook at slow flame for about 20 minutes.
* Now add milk and cook till the milk dries up and the carrots are well cooked.
* Add sugar and let it cook for a while. (as per your taste add or reduce sugar quantity)
* Fry cashewnuts in Ghee and add into halwa.
