Vendaikkai_Pachadi (Kerela style)



A)For Vendaka Saute:
Coconut Oil - 2 tbs (gives a unique flavor to the dish)/ Or u can add normal oil too
Mustard Seeds - 1 tps
Uradh Dhal - 2 tps
Curry leaves few
Ladies finger - 200 gms (Cut it as small rounds)

B)For paste:
Coconut - 1 tbs
jeera- 2tps
Green Chilly - as per ur spicy requirement
Curry leaves - few

Method:
* Curd without sour taste.
* First saute all the A ingredients , let the ladies finger get cooked in the pan till brown, add required salt in the fry.
* Then grind the B ingredients to a smooth paste and add curd to it and keep it in a serving bowl. U can add water if the consistency is too thick.
* Once the ladies finger is cooked and dry. Leave it out from the stove for 2 mins and then add them with the curd. Check for salt and serve it.
