Tomato_Pickle
Ingredients:
Firm red tomatoes washed - 10 nos
Garlic - 20 nos (clove)
Medium chili powder - 5 tablespoon
Methi seeds - ½ teaspoon
Hing powder - 2 teaspoon
Curry leaves (fresh - yummm!)
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4 big spoon
Method:
* Grind the tomatoes well.
* Cut the Garlic as very small peices.
* Roast the methi seed and make as powder.
* In a pan add oil and heat it, Then add Garlic and fry it well.
* Once the garlic turn golden color, make the stove sim and add Methi powder and Hind powder.
* Then add Grinded tomatoes. Fry it for 5 min
* Then add Chilli powder and curry leaves.
* Close with lid and cook for and hour with low flame. Check it frequently.
* Once the tomato cooked well, the oil will come top of the pickle.
* Now add Salt and Check the taste.
* If you need more salt or Chilli, you can add it. And cook it few more min.
