Raw_Mango_Pickle
Ingredients:
Green (Raw) mango - 1
Medium chili powder - 3 tablespoon
Mustard seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Methi seeds - ½ teaspoon
Hing powder - 2 teaspoon
Curry leaves (fresh - yummm!)
Salt - to taste
Oil - 3 big spoon
Method:
* Cut the mango into small pieces and keep it in a clean towel for an hour or two.
* Then add salt and keep it aside for a while.
* In a pan roast Methi seeds (Fenugreek seed) and make as powder.
* In that same pan, add the oil and pop the mustard seeds.
* Then add mathi seeds powder and Hing powder
* And then add mangoes and saute for a few minutes. Then add Curry leaves.
* Once the mango half cooked add Chilli powder and cook it for 5 more min in low flame.
* Taste it and if u need add some more salt and chilli powder as per taste.
* Make it cool. and Keep it in a box.
