Pacha_Chutney


Ingredients:
To Grind:
Shallots - 3 nos
Red Chilli - 5 nos
Tomato - 1 no
Cumin Seed - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 clove
Tamarind - very small
Coriander Seeds - 1 stp
Salt to taste

For seasoning:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Asafetida powder - a pinch
Curry leaves - few

Method:
* Grind shallots,Red chilli,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,tomato,garlic,tamarind,salt together.
* Then In a pan heat oil, add mustard. Once it pops up add urad dal, Asafetida (Hing) then curry leaves.
* Now add the grinded paste and cook it well in a low flame.
* Once the oil comes out, take it out from the stove and serve it.

Note: It will go with Chapati, idly and dosa. It will stay few days. While going some trip we can take this chutney along with chapati.
