Fish_Curry (Using garlic and pepper)


INGREDIANTS:
King Fish - 5 to 6 nos
Tamarind - 1 lemon size
salt - to taste
Tomato - 1

For seasoning:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard-1tsp
Fenugreek - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 no
Curry leaves - few

To Grind:
Sallot - 5 to 6 nos
Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 8 cloves
Red Chilli powder - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp

Method:
* Wash the fish well and keep it aside.
* Soak Tamarind in hot water and extract thick pulp. and add 1 and 1/2 cup water.
* Add Salt into it.
* Then add little onion and one tomato and mash it well by hand.
* Then Grind all the above "Grind" Things and add into this Tamarind water. Now u check the taste.
* In a pan do seasoning using the above seasoning things.
* Then add this Tamarind water.let it boil until the masala's raw small goes.
* Now Add Fish.
* Keep it for 10 min in low flame.
* Serve it hot.
