Pepper_Chicken_With_Egg



INGREDIANTS:
Chicken - 1 lb
Sallots - 5 to 6
Curry leaves - few
mustard seeds
Tomatoe - 1 no (chopped)
Chicken masala - 2 tbsp (Option)
Turmeric powder - one pinch
Coconut - 1/4 cup (thin Sliced)
Egg - 2 nos
oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

To Grind:
Pepper corn - 35 to 40 nos
Garlic - 10 to 12 cloves
Red chilli - 1 no
Curry leaves - few

Method:
* Clean the chicken and keep it aside.
* Cut the sallots as a small peices.
* Beat the eggs well and keep aside.
* Fry with little oil the above things and Grind it as a paste.
* In a pan put the oil and when it is hot add mustard seeds and then add turmeric powder. When it pops up, add cut onions, Green chili and curry leaves and fry for a while.
* Add chopped tomatoes and salt and saute few minutes till the tomatoes are crushed into a paste.
* Now add Chicken and Chicken masala and cook it for a while then add coconut. Close with lid.
* Once Chicken half cooked add Grind paste and close with lid.
* Once Chicken fully cooked, add Eggs and stir it for 5 min. Then take it out from the stove.
* Serve it hot.

Note: It will go with Idly very well.
