Fish_Cutlet

Ingredients:
Tilapia - 2 filets (1/2 lb)
Onion chopped : 2 nos.
Green chillies chopped: 4 nos
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - as per your taste of
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Egg White - 2 nos
Bread crumbs - 3/4 cup
Oil - 4 table spoon.
Salt to taste

Method:
* Fry the fish filets in a nonstick dava without oil. (Just keep it on dosa dava on midium heat,cook it for 5 min then turn it and again cook it for 5 min. Make it cool.
* Now add the follow items with fried fish....Onion,Chilli,G&G paste (if u want u can do half fry these three with little oil), coriander leaves,Red chilli powder, Garam masala powder,Lemon juice, egg white, salt and bread crumbs. Using hand and mix it well.
* Then make small round balls . Make patties with that.(Like vada)
* Heat dosa pan and place this cutlet, add little oil and cook it in low flame.
* Once it trun golden color take it out.
* Serve it hot.
