Ingredents:Broccoli - 2 nos (medium size)
Garlic - 1 (whole)
sallot (Small onion) - 1 no
Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Method:* In a pan heat oil add onion and all chopped garlic clove (all clove). Fry it till turn golden.
* Add Broccoli and fry it for a while. (should not change green color)
* Add water and salt. Then cool without lid.
* Once it cooked add Pepper powder.Then swich off the stove.
Note: Broccoli is very delicate, so it should not be over cooked
