Brinjal_Chetnuy


Ingredents:
Small brinjal - 4 nos
Onion - 2 nos
Red Chilli - 5 nos
Tomato - 1 & 1/2 nos
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry

Method:
* Cut Brinjal as a small square. Boiled it in hot water for 5 to 7 min.
* In pan heat oil, add onion, Red chilli and fry it well.
* Then add tomato, salt and fry well.
* Now add boiled brinjal in to it and fry for 10 min.
* Make it cool and grind it.

Note: I got this Recipe from My friend Birndha Sabari. Thanks Brindha. It goes with rice, dosa and idly very well.
