Baked Salmon Fish (Smoked Salamon)

Ingredients:6 oz Smoked salmon
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
large potato - 1 no
onion - 2 nos
garlic - 5 clove
Coriander leaves
yellow lemon juice
White Grape juice - 1 tbsp

Method:
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Use a glass baking dish and pour olive oil inside to cover the bottom of the dish. Cut the potato in thin slices and cover the bottom of the dish with the pieces laying flat. The base should be completely covered, add more slices as needed until the bottom is all potates. Place the salmon on top of the potatoes. Cut the lemon and squeeze the juice all over the salmon. Use the lid of the white grape juice, fill it with grape juice, and pour 1-2 portions on the salmon and potatoes in a circular motion. Cut the garlic and onion in thin slices and place them on top of the salmon, sprinkle some parsley to taste. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and put it in the oven. Should take about 30 minutes to be completely cooked. Check the potatoes under the salmon, once they start browning the dish is ready to be served. Enjoy!

Note: This recipe I got from my friend. Thanks Sawdie. :)
