Dal_Fry
Ingredients:
Moong Dal - 1.5 cups
Mustard - 1 tsp
onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Green chilli - 3
Garlic - 4 cloves
Cumin seed - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 10 nos
Turmeric - a pinch
Hing - a pinch
Curry leaves - few
Ghee - little
Salt - to taste
oil - to fry
Method:
* Cook dal along with tomato (add 2 cups of water) and keep it aside.
* In a small pan put the oil and when it is hot add turmeric powder and then the mustard. When it pops up, add cut onions, Green chili and curry leaves and fry for a while.
* Grind Garlic, Cumin seeds and pepper.
* Add this mix into that fried onion's mix, fry it until raw small is gone.
* Add this masala into dal.
It's very easy and very very tastey. IT will go with chapati, Dily and Rice :)
