Baked Stuffed Mushrooms





Ingredients:
Button mushrooms (medium size) - 6 nos
Boiled potatoes - 2 nos
sallot (small onion) - 4 nos
Green Chilli - 2 nos
G & G Paste - 1 tbsp
Pepper corn - 10 to 15 nos
Tomato - 1
soya sauce - 1 tsp
butter or cheese - 2 tbsp (option)
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp (If you are not using butter or cheese)

Method:
* Remove stems and finely chop and keep it aside.
* Apply the oil or butter inside and outside on the mushrooms and keep it aside.
* In a small pan fry the pepper corns and Grind it well as a fine bowder. Keep it aside.
* In a pan add Oil or butter and fry onion and G.Chilli until translucent.
* Add Ginger Garlic and fry it until raw small is gone.
* Add chopped Tomato and fry it well,.
* Then add chopped stems and cook it well.
* Add Smashed boiled potatoes.
* Add Salt, Pepper powder, Soya sauce and mix it.
* Make it cool.
* Then Stuff mushroom (oil applied mushrooms) caps with mixture.
* Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Now Baked mushroom is ready with nice color :)

Kids like it very mush.
