Baked_Fish
Ingredients:
Tilapia fish - 5 pieces
Sakthi fish fry masala - 5 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Egg white - 5 tbsp
Method:
* Get fresh fish and Clean it well.
* In a cup mix well all the following things,
Sakthi fish fry masala, lemon juice, Egg white. (no need to add salt, bcaz salt is added in that masala)
* Apply this mixure in both the side of fishes.
* Keep it this marinated fish in refrigerator for 5 to 7 hours.
* Bake at 350°F for 15 to 25 to 30 minutes.
It's very tasty and healthy food. Good thing is we didn't add any oil here.
Note: Use nife and open the fish little bit. If inside it got white, it means fish got cooked. So u can take it out and serve it hot.
