Ingredients:
Onion - 3
Tomato - 2
curry leaves - 5 nos
Red chili - 5
Garlic - 3 cloves
Aniseed (sombu) - 1 tbsp
oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
* Cut onions as lengthy slices.
* Cut Tomato as small pieces.
* In a kadai add oil, when it hot add onions and fry it in low flame till light rose.
* Add tomato and curry leaves, cook it (close with lid) for 15 min in low flame.
* Grind Red chili, Aniseed (Sombu) and Garlic without water.
* Add this paste into tomato. Cook it for a while.
* Serve hot.
Note: Wow....the smell is very nice and want to have 2 more chapatis. :)
