Adai - Dosa


Adai - Dosai

Ingredients:
Idly rice - 1 cup
Raw rice - 1 cup
Bengal Gram (kadala paruppu) - 1/2 cup
Red Gram (thuvaram paruppu) - 1/2 cup
Green Gram(Moong dal) - 1/4 cup
Black Gram (kundu Ulatham paruppu) - 1/4 cup
Red chili - 5 nos
Cumin Seeds (Jeeragam) - 2 tbsp
Aniseed (sombu) - 2 tbsp
tomato - 1
Salt to taste

Method:
* Soak for 4 hours all the above dal and rices.
* While Grind add Aniseed, Cumin Seed, Red chili
* Add tomato just before taking out and Grind it well.(Grind it as Dosa flour.Don't grind much)
* Heat the Dosa pan and make it dosa in medium flame with lid. (it will take time, little more than rice flour dosa)
* Sever hot

Note: This dosa you can prepare immediately once u grind the flour. No need to wait. It's nice with coconut or coriander/mint leaves chutney.
