Ingredients:
Idly Rice - 4 cup
Black Gram (Urad dhal ) - less than 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seed - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
* Soak Rice, half of Fenugreek seed and dhal together for 6 to 8 hours. Then Grind it well, while grinding add half of the raw fenugreek seed. (It will give nice golden color dosa)
* Add some salt and mix it well by hand. Keep it oven (in winter) or outside for 8 hours.
* Make dosa in dosa dhava.
Note: while putting the flour on dosa dhava keep the stove in low flame, while cooking - high flame, while taking away - low flame. Dosa will come nicely and dosa dhava never get spoil.
