Paneer Mushroom Masala
Ingredients:
Paneer - 10 to 15 nos or Mushroom - 10 nos
capsicum - no
Onion - 3 nos
Tomato - 2 nos
Cashewnuts - 15 nos
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
cloves - 2 nos
Cardamam - 3 nos
Bay leaves - 2 nos
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - one pinch
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Kashdhoori methi powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp or butter - 1 tbsp
Wip cream - 2 tbsp
Method:
* Cut the capsicum and one onion as a square pieces. Cut the mushroom as a 2 pieces.
* Fry the above vegtables one by one (onion, capcicum and mushroom and keep it aside. (If u like u can do deep fry)
* And then chopped 2 onions and 2 tomatoes.
* In pan add 1/2 tbsp of oil and fry Chopped onions, Once it turned pink add 10 nos of Cashewnuts fry it for a while then add Chopped tomatoes and fry it well.Make it cool and Grind it well and keep it aside.
* Add butter or oil in the same pan when it is hot add Cinnamon, Cardamom, cloves and bay leaves.
* Then add the paste (onion, Cashewnuts, tomato).
* Add Cumin seeds, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Turmeric powder, Salt and Kashthoori methi powder and fry it until raw small is gone.
* Now add 1 and 1/2 cup of water, Let it cook. Close with lid.
* Once the water reduced add all above fired vegtable into it.
* Now add Wip cream.
Serve it hot.
