Ingredients:
Lima Beans - 1 cup
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Green Chili - 3
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 5 nos
Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Sambar Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
* If you want make it in the morning, Soak it in the night. I mean it should soak it in the water at least 6 to 7 hours.
* Then keep it in a cooker and leave 2 whistles.
* In a Pan put the oil and when it is hot add turmeric powder and then the mustard. When it pops up, add cut onions and curry leaves and fry for a while.
* Mean time mash cooked Lima beans and keep it aside.
* Add Ginger Garlic and fry it until raw small is gone.
* Then add tomato. Fry it well.
* Add Red chili powder and Sambar powder.
* Add mashed Lima beans with it and allow to cook for a while in low flame.
* Serve it hot.
