Onion_Garlic_Ginger Chutney



Ingredients:
Shallots Onion - 4 nos
Small onion - 5 to 7 nos
Red Chilli - 6 nos
Garlic pods - 5 nos
Ginger - 1" inch
Tomato - 1 nos
Tamarind - few
Coconut - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

To Temper:
Gingelly oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 2 nos 
Curry leaves - few 

Method: 
* Fry the onion,red chilli,ginger and garlic well. then add tomato fry for 5 more mins. Switch off the stove and add coconut and tamarind.
* Add salt to taste and Grind it. Keep this chutney aside.
* Temper all the under "To Temper" ingredients with oil and pour into chutney.
* Serve it with Idly,Dosa and chapti. It will go well with tomato rice too :)
