Ingredients:
Pakarkkai/bitter gauard - 1 (cut as small)
Grated paneer - 1 small cup
Small onion - 10 nos
Red Chilli - 5 nos
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Coconut - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt 0 to taste
Method:
* Boil the pakarkkai with salt and Turmeric powder. Theb keep it aside.
* Heat oil in a pan/kadai, splutter mustard seeds, black gram dal, red chillies, curry leaves and then add oinons, fry it for while.
* Add Boiled pakarkkai, grated paneer and coconut. Mix it well.
* Keep it in stove for while in low flame.
* Serve it hot. Kids like it very much.
