Drumstick_Ikuru


Ingredients:
Drumsticks - 4 nos (cut as small pieces)
Onion - 2 nos (Cut as half length)
Tomato - 2 nos
Green chillies - 4 nos
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

To Grind:
Kasakasa - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Method:
* In Kadai heat oil and fry onions with little salt.
* Then add Turmeric powder, Drumstick and Green chilli. Close with lid for 10 mins.(Stire every 3 mins).
* Once drumstick half cooked, Grind the above "To grind" Things as a paste and add into it.Then add Tomato,salt,Chilli powder and coriander powder and mix it well.
* Close with lid and cook it for 10 min.(Stire frequently) Once oil comes out add mixcy washed water (1/4 cup) and mix it well.
* Serve it hot
