Ingredients:Riped mashed bananas - 1/2 cup over
Sugar / Vellam - 5 tbsp
Yogurt - 2 tbap
Wheat flour / All purpose flour - 1 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil
Salt - a pinch
Method:* Add sugar, salt, yogurt to mashed bananas. Mix well.
* Add wheat flour and mix to make dough. If required add more flour to make a stiff dough.
* Cover it and leave for about 2-3 hrs.
* Heat dosa pan and make chapathi. Cook both the side and then add little butter on both the side.
* Serve it hot.:)
