Mushroom_Fry
Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 20 nos
mustard seeds, black gram dal - 1 tsp
Shallots or small Onions - 5 0r 15 no
Red Chilli - 5 nos
Curry leaves - few
Salt to tast
Oil - 1 tsp
Method:
* Clean the mushroom and cut it as thin pieces.
* Heat oil in a non-stick pan, splutter mustard seeds, black gram dal, red chillies, curry leaves.Then add onion, fry it well.
* Now add Sliced mushroom and salt. let it cook for 10 to 15 min. Once water reduced, stire well for 5 min in high flame.
Note: My grandma (mom's mom) Used to make very fresh mushroom in a spoon. Spoon is called "vakkana karandi". Ohhh my god....I couldn't find any words to explain about the taste. I love it very much.:)I don't have any karandi like that :(. So i tried with non-stick pan, it's came out well.
