Mango_Rice
Ingredience:Raw Rice - 1 cup
Raw Mango- 1 big size/(grated - 1 cup)
Black Gram (uludham paruppu odachathu) - 2 tbsp
Red chilli - 5 nos
Mustard - 1 tsp
Hing powder - 2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 10 nos
oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
* Wash the rice. Add 2 cups of water and soak it for a while, then cook it (1 whistle is enough).
* Keep this rice as side and make it cool.
* In a pan Add oil, when it hot add mustard, once it pop up add Black Gram & Hing powder, fry it up to light golden color.
* Then add Red chili, Fry it for a while.Add curry leaves.
* Now add grated raw mango and mix it well. Let it cook until raw smell is gone.
* Mix the cooked and cool rice with mango mix.Add some Coriander leaves.
