Fish_Poriyal


Ingredients:
Fish fillets - 2 no (cut it as small cubes)
Onion (Chopped) - 1 no
Tomato - 1 no (chopped)
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Tomato chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
Soya sause - 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil - 1 tsp

Method:
* In a Pan put the oil and when it is hot, add cut onions and fry until onion get turn pink.
* Add G & G paster and fry unit raw smell gone.
* Add tomato and fry it well. Add chilli and coriander powder,salt then fry it for a while.
* Now add All the above sauce and fry it for 2 min then add fish fillet cubes into it and mix it well.
* Serve it hot.
