Stuffed Bread Toast With Cauliflower Masala
Stuffed Masala:
Onion (chopped) 2 nos
Green chilli - 2 nos (cut as small round)
Cauliflower (cut it as small as possible) - 2 cups
Tomato (big & chopped) - 1 no
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Mint leaves (chopped) - 10 nos
Hot&Sweet tomato chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Bread Toast:
Whole wheat bread slices - 6 to 8
Cauliflower masala (as per need)
Egg - 1 no
Milk - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Method:
* Keep the cauliflower in the hot water for a while. Then drain it well and keep it aside.
* In a pan add Oil and fry fennel seeds, onion and G.Chilli until translucent.
* Add Ginger Garlic and fry it until raw small is gone.
* Add chopped Tomato and fry it well.
* Now add the chopped cauliflower florets, saute for few minutes.If you need add little more oil.
* Finally add the pepper powder, garam masala powder, toss everything gently.
* Put the flame in simmer and cook until the veggies get well cooked.
* Then add Hot&Sweet tomato chilli sauce and mix it well.Finally add the chopped mint leaves, put off the stove. Make it cool this masala.
* Now beat well the egg,milk with pepper powder and salt.

* Fill two bread slices with enough cauliflower masala and keep it aside.
* Now heat the non-stick pan and apply little oil or butter.
* Dip gently the stuffed masala bread slices in the egg mixture and drop immediately in the pan, cook on both sides until they get golden brown.
* Hot Stuffed bread toast with cauliflower masala is ready to serve.
