Mango_Rice_Kheer


Ingredients:
Mango - 2 small
Cooked rice - 1 & 1/2 cups
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 L
Cashewnuts - 5 nos
Ghee - 1 tsp

Method:
* Boil the milk for 30 min.
* Then add sugar and cooked rice.
* Then remove the skin of mango and slice it. And grint it well.
* Add into that milk mixer.
* In a small kadai heat the ghee and fry the cashewnuts and add into it.
* You can serve hot or make it cool (If u want add some fruits ) and keep it in refrigerator for an hour. Then serve it.
