Ingredients:Prawns - 20 nos
Shallots - 5 to 6 nos
Thai peanut sauce - 1 small cup
Cashewnuts - 5 no
Bay Leaves - 2 no
Cloves - 2 nos
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Green cardamoms - 2 nos
Method:* Heat 1 tbsp of Ghee or oil in a pan, add the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, Bay leaves, then shallots.
* Fry ot for a while then add cashewnuts.
* Now add Prawns and cook it for 5 min.
* Then add Thai Peanut sause, mix it well.
* Close with lid and let it cook for 5 more min.
* Now it's ready, Serve it got.
