Prawns_Drumstick_Kulambu


Ingredients:
Shrimps (shell removed) - 1/2 lb
Drumstick - 2 nos ( cut as lenthy wise)
Shallots - 5 nos
Curry leaves - few
Red chilli powder - 2 to 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind - small lemon size
oil - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing

To Grind:
Coconut - 5 tbsp
Fennel seeds- 1 teaspoon
Big onion (chopped) - 1 no
Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 no

Method:
* Grind the above thngs and keep it as side.
* Cut the Shallot and keep it as side.
* Soak tamarind in water and extract thick tamarind juice and add 1 and 1/2 cups water.
* In that tamarind water add Chilli powder, Turmeric powser, salt and keep it as side.
* In a kadai, add oil and fry onion and curry leaves.
* Now add Shirmps and fry for 5 min.
* Then add Drumstick and fry for 5 more min.
* Now add Tamarind water mix with this shrimp and drumstick fry.
* Close with lid and cook it for 10 to 15 min.
* Once shrimp and drumstick cook and raw smell gone.Switch off the stove.
