Curd_Rice (Temple Style)


Ingredience:
Raw Rice - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Curd - 2 cups
Black Gram (uludham paruppu odachathu) - 3 tbsp
Green chili - 5 nos
Ginger - 1 inch
Mustard - 1 tsp
Cashuew nuts - 5 nos
Curry leaves - 10 nos
Milk - 1 cup
Onion - i no (big size) (Optional - I won't add it, when serving it to god)
oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
* Wash the rice. Add 2 cups of water and soak it for a while, then cook it (1 whistle is enough).
* Keep this rice in a plate and make it cool.
* In a pan Add oil, when it hot add mustard, once it pop up, add Black Gram. Fry it for a while.
* Now add Green chilli and fry it well.
* Then add Ginger, fry it for 3 min.
* Keep it as side and make it cool.
* Now add curd and Salt, then mix it well by hand.
* Then add rice and mix it well. Now add milk and mix well.
* Serve it.

Note: If u want u can add fruits and carrots.
