koovakkai_Poriyal
Ingredients:
Koovakkai - 20 to 25 nos (Cut it lengthy wise as shown in photos)
Red chilli powder - 2 to 3 tbsp
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Garlic - 5 clove
Salt to taste.
Method:
* Boil the Koovakkai with water upto half cook (IT shouldn't cook fully). Once it done, dry all the water and keep it aside.
* In pan add oil and Koovaikkai fry it for a while in low flame.
* Then add Red chilli powder and fry it for 5 more min.
* Then smashed Garlic and Fry it well.
* Onece the vegtable shrink (As shown in photos).Swich off the stove.
It will go with Sambar saadham, curd rice ans so on. It's good for healthy.
