Mussaka


Ingredients:
Vegtable oil - 1 tbsp
Pinkcolor potatos - 5 nos (Slice as much as thin)
onion - 2 nos (medium & Sliced)
EggPlant - 1 no
Musroom (very Big size) - 2 nos
Red Bell pepper - 1 no
Salt to taste
Egg - 3 to 4 eggs
Milk - add little
Parmesan or hord Goat Grated cheese - 2 tbsp
If u want u can add more veg.

Method:
* Wash eggplants and trim off stems. Cut off 1/2-inch wide strips of the skin lengthwise, leaving about an inch in between, all around the eggplant, then cut eggplant lengthwise into 1/2-inch slices. Put slices in a large oven bowl or on a tray, sprinkle liberally with salt and keep it in preheated oven and bake it 20 min at 350 degree F until lightly browned and soft.
* In a pan add little oil and fry sliced onion and sliced bell pepper until the onions get soft and pink color.
* Make the layer as follow, Potatos (u can use as much as u want to cover bottom of the pan), fried Onions & Pepper,Baked Egg plants, Musrooms and potato slices.
* Bake this in oven at 375 degree F for 25 to 3o min. Check the potatos, if it cooks then it's ready to finish it.
* Mix Egg, Milk and Cheese well, and pour on top of the baked mussaka. Keep it in the oven for 5 min at 375 degree F.
* It's ready to serve now.



Note : If u want to cook this using meet. Please follow the steps
* Grount Chicken or Turkey
* cut onions as a small peices
* Sliced Potatos
* Add very little oil in a pan and fry the chicken on medium flame and cook the chiken until turn brown.While browing u can add Block pepper powder, Salt and Dil.
* In an another pan fry onion until golden. Then it with fried chiken.
* Then make layed like Potatos, chiken with onion, potatos, againg chiken and potatos.
* Bake it for 25 to 30 min (until the potato cooks) at 350 degree F.
* Then pour the mix and bake it again for 5 min with same heat.
* Serve it hot.
