Kaara_Kulambu


Ingredients:
Vegetables - 2 cups
(Drumstick, Brinjal (Eggplant) & Potato)
Onion(medium) - 2 nos
Tomato(medium) - 1 no
Garlic pods - 10 nos(crushed)
fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 3/4 tbsp
Tamarind - Lemon size

Method:
* Soak the tamarind in hot water and extract thick pulp and keep it aside.
* In a pan heat oil and fenugreek seeds and fry it. Then add crushed galic pods and fry it well.
* Once the garlic trun golden add onion (cut as small) fry it. Once it done add tomato and fry well.
* Now add all vegs and mix it well and let it fry for a while.
* Then add Chilli powder, Coriander powder and Turmeric powder.
* Add 1 & 1/2 cups water. Close with lid and allow to boil it.
* Now add Tamarind water and bring it to boil.
* Once it trun into gravy, add sesame oil.
* Serve it hot.
