Idly Uppma


Idly Uppma


Ingredients:
Cooked idly : 5 to 8
Green Chilli : 3 nos
Onion : 2 (Big)
Mustard : 1 tsp
Black Gram (Uluntham parru) - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 5 nos
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:
* Sprinkle the water on idies and make it as rawa powder.
* In a Pan put the oil and when it is hot add the mustard. When it pops up, add Black Gram and cut onions & Green chilli (cut it as a small round), fry until onion get turn pink.
* Then add curry leaves and fry for a while.
* Then add Idly powder, keep stove in low flame and serve it hot.
