Chilli Chicken


Chili - Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken 65 (Plz look into my chicken categorize) - 1 small plate
Green Pepper - 1
Onion - 1
Spring onion - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 10 cloves
Ginger - little
Cashewnuts - 6
Soya sauce - 5 to 7 tbs
Chili Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
oil - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
* sopped the Garlic & Ginger as small pieces.
* Cut the Green pepper as square shape and cut spring onion.
* Cut onion as 4 pieces (vertically) & 1 cut on center. Now take it as single Piece.
* Heat the dhava and add oil. Then add Ginger & Garlic
* Add Cashewnuts, fry till golden.
* put onion, spring onion and Green pepper, fry it till golden color.
* Add salt, Soya sauce and Chili Garlic paste. fry it for 10 min in low flame.
* Add 1 small cup of water. let it cook for a while.
* Once the water reduced, take away from the stove.

Children likes it very much.
