Home Made - Organic Vanilla ice cream

Ingredients: 

• Organic whole milk - 1 cup
• Organic heavy whipping cream - 2 cups
• Organic brown sugar - 3 cups 
• Organic Eggs - 2 nos
• vanilla extract - 2 tsp (options)

Method:

     * In a medium saucepan beat eggs well. Then add Milk,Heavy whip cream & sugar. Whisk together all. until mixture reaches a simmer.Now add vanilla extract and mix it

    * Pour mixture into ice-cream maker; process according to manufacturer instructions. Now ice cream will be ready. Keep it in box and keep it in the frozen for few hours, and serve it.
