Pasta_Payasam


Ingredients:
Milk - 2 cup
Cooked pasta - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup (or as per your taste)
cardamom - 3 nos
Cashew nuts - 10 nos
Raisins (thirasai) - 8
Ghee - 5 tbsp

Method:
* Add salt in Boiled water. Then add pasta and cooked for 30 min or until cook pasta.
* In a vessel add Milk and bring to boil. Then add cooked paste. Let it cook for 10 to 15 min in medium flame.
* Grind cardamom seeds with little sugar.Add one cup of Sugar and ground cardamom powder into boiling mix
* Once pasta cooked well and milk got thick. Switch off the stove.

* In a small kadai heat ghee and fry cashews, raisins until golden color.
* Add this fried cashews and raisins into payasam.
* Serve it hot or cold.
