Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 or 1 cup
Water - 1&1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Method:
* Heat the Ghee in a big non-stick kadai and add wheat flour. Then fry it for 5 min.(or until the flour will change and the raw smell will gone)
* Heat 1 & 1/2 cup of water and keep it aside (u can heat it in microwave for 2 mins)
* Add Sugar and hot water. Mix it well.
* Then add Cardamom powder and mix it well for 5 mins. Once the ghee come out on top of the halwa, take it from the stove.
* Serve it.
