Spinach_Artichoke_Dip


Ingredients:
Package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 no (10 ounce)
Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 1 can (14 ounce)
Garlic Cloves - 5 nos
Alfredo-style pasta sauce - 1 can (10 ounce)
Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
package cream cheese, softened - 1/2 cup from 8 ounce cup
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp


Method:
* Fry the chopped garlic with little olive oil and keep aside.
* In an 8x8 inch baking dish mix all above ingredients (Except Parmesan cheese) together. On top of this spread Parmesan cheese.
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
* bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Serve warm.


Me and Tyag love this dip very much. We can mix this dip with cooked pasta too.
