Poondu(Garlic)_Chutney


Ingredients:
Whole garlic - 20 cloves
Tomato - 2 nos (medium size)
Red chili -3 or 4 nos

For seasoning:
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Uradh dhal - 1 tsp
Curry leaf – few
Method:
* Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
* Heat little oil in the kadai and aute the chilies first and remove it from the oil.
* Then saute the garlic and then after 3 min add tomatoes. Cook nicely till the garlic gets almost cooked.
* Finally add the salt needed and allow the mix to cool.
* Once it cools grind it nicely.
* Season the chutney and pour it on top of the chutny and mix well till the oil gets mixed nicely into the whole chutney.


Note: IT will go with Idly,dosa and chapathi
