Chicken_Kabob (My 160th Post)



Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken - 1 lb
Bell peppers (Red,Yello & Green) - 1/2 nos (Each colors) Onion - 1 no (cubed)
Kabob masala pwdr - 3 tbsp
G & G paste - 1 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Egg - 1 (Beaten)
Oil for brushing

Method:
* Cube the bell peppers, and onions.
* In a bowl Add chicken,Kabob masala, G&G paste, Beaten egg,lemon juice and salt.Marinate everything and keep it in fridge over night.
* Marinate all vegetables in another bowl and keep it in fridge.
* Soak the skewers in water for 1 hr .
* Arrange the chicken along with the cubed bell peppers and onion.
* Pre heat the oven for 350 degrees and place the skewers on a Grill.
* Cook for 20 minutes ,brushing the chicken in between also turn it around in equal intervals.
* At last ,turn it to broil mode for the last 3 mins or until the chicken becomes reddish brown.
* Squeeze some lemon juice on top of the cooked kabob and serve it hot.
