BlackEyed_Sunndal


Ingredients:
BlackEyed dal - 1 cup (soak for 6 hours)
Onion - 1 no
Green chilli - 4
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafotida - 1.2 tsp
Coriander leaves, curry leaves
Coconut grated - 4 tsp
Salt as required
Oil as required

Method:
* Cook the black eyed dal with salt,Filter the dal from water and keep it aside.
* Heat a pan, add oil, temper with mustard, G & G paste, asafotida and then add onion. Fry it well now add curry leaves and coconut.
* Now reduce the flame and add cooked dal.

Note: If u want to give it as prasatham, don't add Garlic and onion.
