Oil – as needed
Egg -1(seperate egg white and yolk )
Method:
* Cook chicken with salt well in pressure cooker.
* Heat oil and add onions,salt,curry leaves,green chillies and ginger garlic paste.Saute till onions turn brown.
* Add all the masalas and saute for few minutes.Then add tomatoes,soyasauce and chicken pieces.
* Simmer for half an hour stirring in between.Chicken should be well cooked and almost fried.If necessary add oil in between.
* Just before switching off add coriander leaves and the egg yolk and stir well.Now the filling is ready.
* Egg white should be beaten well.
* Roll out the sheets from the cover.Take a sheet and carefully cut into 3 equal sizes, almost like a rectangle(depends on how big your puff should be).
* Put the filling on half of the sheet.Fold it and using beaten egg white ,stick both ends together.The middle portion should be kept open,such that you should see the filling.(It will be more clear when you see the photos). Apply egg yolk on top of the puff.
* Bake in a preheated 400 F for 25 to 30 mins or until one side is golden brown.
* Serve it hot.
