Kanaadu_Kaatha_chicken


Ingredients:
Chiken (leg) - 1 lb
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 1 no
Tomato - 1 no
Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Aniseed - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Turmeric powder - one pinch
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
Chicken 65 masala - 1 tsp
Egg masala - 1 tsp
Garam masala - one pinch
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Method:
* In pan add oil, once it heat add aniseeds and fry for a while.
* Add turmeric powder, onion,Green chilli and curry leaves. Then add G & G paste. Fry it well.
* Add tomato and fry well.
* Now add chicken and fry it for 5 min
* Add all the above powders and sprinkle little water.
* Close with lid and cook it for 25 min in low flame. (Inbetween mix it)
* Add coriander leaves on top of that.
* Serve it hot.

Tyag loves it very much. Whenever we buy chicken, he ask me to make this chicken.
